为配合遍及全国的数千家立窑水泥厂工人培训、考工定级工作的需要,国家建材局原人才司、财务司和中国建材工业出版社联合组织了《水泥生产技术工人考工问答(立窑部分)》一书及配套音像教学片编写和摄制,现在全国范围内征订发行.此教材是我国建材行业第一部全国通用的技工培训教材,教材是根据劳动部与国家建材局联合制定的《工人技术等级标准…水泥制造业》的知识要求和技能要求,分三个等级18个工种编写的.全书共提出并解答了2633条问题,约65万字,深入浅出通俗易懂,既是岗位技术培训的必备教材,又是各主管部门和企业组织考工时出题和答题的重要依据.
