将广谱高效环保的盐酸聚六亚甲基胍接枝到淀粉上,之后制备出抗菌纸张,重点研究改性淀粉结构的表征,改性淀粉对抗菌纸张抗菌性能及物理性能的影响。结果表明通过红外光谱检测,证明接枝淀粉的物质为盐酸聚六亚甲基胍;制备出的抗菌纸张具有一定的抑菌和抗菌功能。随着改性淀粉接枝率及添加量增大,所制抗菌纸张的抗菌和抑菌效果会更好;添加改性淀粉的抗菌纸张物理强度有很大提高,白度和平滑度略微下降,但变化不是很大,不会影响纸张的使用效果。
The broad spectrum of efficient and environmentally friendly polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride grafted onto the starch, and then prepared an antimicrobial paper, focusing on the characterization of the modified starch structure, antibacterial properties and physical properties of the modified starch on the antibacterial paper. The results showed that the grafted starch was proved to be polyhexamethylene guanidine by infrared spectroscopy. The antibacterial paper prepared by the method has certain antibacterial and antibacterial functions. The antibacterial and antibacterial effects of the modified antibacterial paper will be better with the grafting rate of the modified starch and the amount of the antibacterial paper added. The physical strength of the antibacterial paper with the modified starch greatly increased, the whiteness and smoothness slightly decreased, But the change is not great, will not affect the use of paper.
