香豆素晶体,发生极少量光二聚反应,当它和某种晶格控制物质制成混晶时,发生选择性光二聚反应,如照射香豆素和(R,R)-(一)-反式-4,5-双(羟基二苯基甲基)-2,2-二甲基-1,3-二哑环五烷(TDD)从苯和乙酸乙酯-正己烷中重结晶的两种1:1包接化合物时,分别得到Syn(H-H)和具有90%ee值的anti(H-H)的香豆素二聚体;照射香豆素同安替比林和5-磺尿嘧啶的两种混晶时,分别得到Syn(H-H)和anti (H-H)的二聚体.当这些包接化合物和混晶悬浮在含有少量表面活性剂水中照射时,可加快反应速度和提高二聚体的收率.
