基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,根据秦-沈客运专线车辆的结构形式、悬挂特性及轨道结构特点,建立了具有两系悬挂的(客车)车辆-(有碴)轨道-路基垂向统一模型。采用研制的动力分析计算程序,对轨道随机不平顺激励下车辆-轨道-路基的动态响应进行了数值计算,并将路基基床表层动态响应的数值模拟结果与现场试验工点实测数据进行了对比分析。结果表明,该模型能较真实地反映车辆、轨道和路基垂向相互作用的基本力学特征,所得计算结果与实测数据比较吻合。
Based on the theory of vehicle - rail coupling dynamics, according to the structure, suspension characteristics and track structure characteristics of vehicles on Qin - Shen passenger line, a vertical uniform model of track - subgrade with ballast . The dynamic analysis program of the developed foundation is used to calculate the dynamic response of vehicle-track-subgrade subjected to random uneven track excitation. The numerical simulation of the dynamic response of subgrade bed surface is compared with the measured data of the field test site analysis. The results show that the model can more accurately reflect the basic mechanical characteristics of the vertical interaction between vehicles, tracks and subgrade. The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured data.
