小组合作学习形式作为一种行之有效的学习方式,不是在每节课中都可以随便使用的,必须要掌握好合作学习的时间和空间,把工夫花在刀刃上。如何才能唤醒学生沉睡的潜能,开启他们幽闭的心智呢?笔者认为要做到以下四点。一、“导”在教学难点时对于学习中的难点,如果教师采用结论式教学,学生可能很快明白,但以后遇到类似的问题,还可能出现同样的思维障碍,并且学生的记忆也不会太深刻。如果采用合作学习的方式,让学生亲身经历问题的解决过程,就能有效地促进学生对知识的真正理解。
