目的 研究环境因素对早产儿智能发育的影响。 方法 应用麦卡锡幼儿智能量表,对283 名4~9 岁早产低体重儿进行追踪研究。 结果 环境因素对早产低体重儿智能发育起着重要的作用。经多元逐步回归分析显示:早期教育、父母文化程度、不同类别的师资对早产儿智能发育有着显著的影响。 结论 应高度重视环境因素对早产儿智能发育的影响。为早产儿提供良好的生活环境能帮助早产儿克服潜在的严重问题
Objective To study the effect of environmental factors on the intellectual development of premature infants. Methods Using the McCarthy Toddler Intelligence Scale, 283 preterm low birth weight infants aged 4-9 years were studied. Results Environmental factors play an important role in the development of premature low birth weight infants. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that: early education, parental education, different types of teachers have a significant impact on the intellectual development of premature children. Conclusion We should attach great importance to the environmental factors on the impact of premature children’s intellectual development. Providing a good living environment for premature babies can help premature babies overcome potentially serious problems
