目的 探讨显微外科技术治疗前交通动脉瘤的疗效。 方法 对 55例前交通动脉瘤中的46例囊状动脉瘤予以夹闭 ,6例梭形和 3例小于 0 3cm囊状动脉瘤予以电灼和 /或肌肉包裹。 结果 手术后死亡 2例 ,植物生存 1例 ,轻瘫 3例。余均恢复良好并得到长期随访。 结论 显微外科技术是显露和成功夹闭动脉瘤的重要保证 ,同时也是减少术中动脉瘤破裂等并发症的关键所在。前交通动脉瘤的生长方向直接影响着手术操作和病人的预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of microsurgery in the treatment of anterior communicating aneurysms. Methods Forty-six cases of saccular aneurysms in 55 cases of anterior communicating aneurysms were occluded, 6 cases were fusiform and 3 cases were less than 0 3 cm cystic aneurysms for electrocautery and / or muscle wrapping. Results 2 cases died of surgery, 1 case of plant survival, 3 cases of paresis. I recovered well and got long-term follow-up. Conclusion Microsurgery is an important guarantee for revealing and successfully clipping aneurysm, and it is also the key to reduce the complications such as ruptured intraoperative aneurysm. The direction of the growth of anterior communicating aneurysms directly affects the operation and prognosis of patients.
