利用纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、复合酶等生物酶制剂对废新闻纸浆进行酶法脱墨,研究了酶处理对浆料湿部电荷特性的影响,并对脱墨后纸浆的纤维特性进行了分析。结果表明,与化学法脱墨浆相比,酶法脱墨浆的平均纤维长度较长,细小纤维含量较少。同时,酶法脱墨浆中的溶解电荷及Zeta电位略低于化学法脱墨浆,经过N476、N613脱墨后的纸浆有利于阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的吸附及碳酸钙的留着。
The enzymatic deinking of waste newsprint pulp was carried out by using cellulase, hemicellulase and enzyme complex enzyme. The effect of enzyme treatment on the charge characteristics of pulp wet part was studied. The fiber properties of pulp after deinking were studied. Analysis. The results showed that compared with the chemical deinked pulp, the enzymatic deinked pulp had longer average fiber length and less fine fiber content. The pulp deinked by N476 and N613 is favorable for the adsorption of cationic polyacrylamide and the retention of calcium carbonate.
