刚刚召开的江西省委十三届九次全会,是在我国经济开始进入中高速增长新常态、反腐败斗争持续深入的背景下召开的一次重要会议。会议聚焦发展升级进行专题研究部署,主题鲜明、重点突出,特别是在去年明确发展升级四个内涵的基础上,进一步提出“五个强化”的方法路径,抓住了发展升级的核心和关键,具有很强的指导性、针对性和操作性,必将推动江西科学发展、绿色崛起迈出更大步伐。目标已经明确,号角已经吹响。当前的关键在于切实把思想和行动统一到省委全会精神上来,以进一步推动发展升级的具体行动落实好会议精神。
