讨论了串联2-2型压电复合材料的介电损耗tan δ、介电击穿Eb等介电特性。通过测试复合材料的谐振频率fr和反谐振频率fa,计算出了2-2型复合材料的压电常数d31、dh,gh以及优值adhgh并讨论了它们的变化规律。文章对压电常数作了数学模拟,实验结果表明:在压电陶瓷(PZT)体积含量较高时,实验值与计算值比较吻合。
The dielectric loss tan δ, dielectric breakdown Eb and other dielectric properties of series 2-2 piezoelectric composites are discussed. The piezoelectric constants d31, dh, gh and the excellent value adhgh of 2-2 composites were calculated by testing the resonant frequency fr and the antiresonance frequency fa of the composites, and the variation rules of them were discussed. The article made a mathematical simulation of the piezoelectric constant. The experimental results show that the experimental value is in good agreement with the calculated value when the content of piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) is high.
