在建立三维装配实体的基础上,建立了三环减速器齿环部件的有限元模型,采用Lanczos法对齿环部件进行了动特性分析。在建模中对实际约束条件进行合理简化,并对关键零件的接触问题做了处理。动态分析得到了其固有频率和振型,显示了齿环部件的弯曲、扭转及其耦合振动特性。结果表明三环减速器齿环部件的模态密集,频率范围很宽,振型复杂,为三环减速器的结构改进及整机的动态响应分析提供了理论依据。
Based on the establishment of the three-dimensional assembly entity, the finite element model of gear ring components of three-ring reducer was established. The dynamic characteristics of ring gear components were analyzed by Lanczos method. In the modeling, the actual constraints are reasonably simplified, and the contact problems of the key parts are dealt with. Dynamic analysis of the natural frequency and mode shapes show the bending, torsion and coupling vibration characteristics of gear ring components. The results show that the ring gear components of Tricyclic reducer are densely modeled, the frequency range is wide, and the vibration modes are complex. This provides the theoretical basis for the structural improvement of tricyclic reducer and the dynamic response analysis of the complete machine.
