《我们是冠军》讲述的是20世纪80年代初河北正定青年乒乓球教练王建国带领山区小学生们从零开始,经过刻苦的训练和不懈的努力最终取得省乒乓球比赛季军的故事,展现了正定成为中国乒乓球国家训练基地的历史渊源。全片洋溢着热血和激情,特别引人瞩目的是那群为了打好乒乓球争夺冠军而顽强拼搏的孩子们。小演员们通过质朴纯真的表演,将艰苦条件下小运动员的执著与顽皮刻画得浑然天成,深深地打动了观众。
