目的:分析分组质控管理在神经内科的应用及对护理质量的影响。方法:选取医院神经内科2014年7月~2016年6月收治的122例患者,按时间界点分为2014年7月~2015年6月的实施前组和2015年7月~2016年6月的实施后组,各61例,比较实施前后护理质量情况及患者满意度。结果:实施分组质控后,患者对基础护理、重症护理、药品管理、护理安全、消毒隔离、护理文书、临床教学各单项护理质量项目评分均明显高于实施前(P<0.01)。实施后患者的护理满意度为96.72%,较实施前的86.89%显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科实施护理分组质控管理,能有效提高护理质量及患者满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the application of group quality control in neurology and its impact on the quality of nursing. Methods: A total of 122 patients admitted from July 2014 to June 2016 in the hospital neurology department were divided into the pre-implementation group from July 2014 to June 2015 and the pre-implementation group from July 2014 to June 2016 After the implementation of the group, each of 61 cases, before and after the implementation of quality of care and patient satisfaction. Results: After the implementation of group quality control, the score of each item of nursing quality in basic nursing, intensive care, medicine management, nursing safety, disinfection and isolation, nursing document and clinical teaching were significantly higher than those before the implementation (P <0.01). After the implementation of patient care satisfaction was 96.72%, compared with 86.89% before implementation was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing group quality control management in neurology can effectively improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
