(一) 当代以微电子技术、生物工程、新材料和新能源等核心技术为代表的技术革命,如浪潮般地席卷全球。随着这些新兴技术的应用和普及,必将引起传统生产方式和产业结构的变革,带来社会生产力空前的飞跃,相应地也将带来社会生活的新变化。对这埸技术革命的分期问题,在西方和国内学者都有不同的看法。我们这里采用通常的“新产业革命”的提法,是为了区别于人类历史上曾经出现过的几次产业革命。
(1) The contemporary technological revolution represented by core technologies such as microelectronics, bioengineering, new materials and new energy, has swept the globe like a tide of waves. With the application and popularization of these emerging technologies, they will inevitably lead to changes in traditional modes of production and industrial structure, unprecedented social leaps in social productivity, and consequential new changes in social life. The staging of this technological revolution has its own opinions both at home and abroad. The reference to the usual “new industrial revolution” adopted here is to distinguish itself from the several industrial revolutions that have occurred in human history.
