工信部网站消息,2013年,工业节能与综合利用工作坚持以科学发展观为指导,认真贯彻落实十八大、十八届三中全会精神以及部党组工作部署,坚持分类指导、重点推进,坚持技术进步、标准引领,坚持探索创新、示范带动,各项工作取得明显成效。全国规模以上企业单位工业增加值能耗比上年预计下降4.9%,基本完成预期年度目标;万元工业增加值用水量预计下降至70立方米(2010年价),全年降幅超过8%;大宗工业固体废物综合利用率预计提高约2个百分点。
