同性婚姻一旦合法化,可能会带来一系列问题:破坏了婚姻是介于男女之间的传统建制;影响人类对性的完美表达和传宗接代行为;使人们的性关系变得更加错综复杂;违背中国的国情。尽管如此,由于同性恋人群也有自己的需求,应该享有他们应有的权利。因此,理论上保持对话,现实中尊重选择以及生活中提供帮助,应当是当代中国对待同性恋和同性婚姻问题的基本立场和姿态,也是中国走向和谐社会的一个最佳选择。
