我国高教自学考试制度自八十年代初建立以来,经过十多年的不断努力,已经具有了相当的规模,形成了相对独立的教育体系和质量保障制度,建立了行之有效的学习管理系统和考试组织系统,整个事业正朝着健康的方向发展。但是,当前在计划经济向市场经济的转换中,高教自学考试同样面临着许多由于新旧体制的碰撞、交替所引发出来的新问题,如果不增强适应和应变能力,那么它在经济建设中所起的作用就会大为削弱。在经济体制大转换的条件下,高教自学考试应该如何深化改革,增强活力,以适应市场经济的发展?我认为关键是要实现转轨、铺轨、接轨。
