虽然央行采取调升房贷利率是不是已的一种手段,但由于中国特殊的国情及银行业经营制度的缺陷,仅仅通过提升房贷利率来解决房价畸高的问题是远远不够的。从总体来看,调整房贷利率更具有象征意义,而不具有实质意义,并且还会损害中低收入阶层的利益。从这个角度上看,房贷利率不可能会一路飘升,也不需要一路飘升。
