对于小学语文教师来说,不仅要培养学生运用祖国语言文字的能力,还要把情感、意志的丰富和锻炼贯穿在日常的教学过程中。一、引导情感沟通,健全学生良好的心理素质。讲读启发情感、朗读激发情感、写作抒发情感。二、进行意志教育,提高学生的心理素质;首先,充分发挥榜样的教育作用。其次,有目的引导学生阅读课外读物,看电影、电视也是对学生进行意志教育的有效途径。再次,在课堂教学中训练学生的意志力。
