目的:了解ICP时脐血红细胞膜ATPase活性及细胞内离子状态,探讨围生儿缺氧的可能机制。方法:测定ICP组及对照组脐血红细胞膜ATPase活性及细胞内离子浓度,分析其与围生儿缺氧的关系。结果:ICP组脐血红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性低于对照组(P<0.01),细胞内Na+、Ca2+浓度高于对照组(P<0.01),围生儿缺氧的发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ICP时脐血红细胞膜ATPase活性下降及细胞内离子状态改变与围生儿缺氧有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the ATPase activity of cord blood erythrocyte membrane and intracellular ion status in ICP and to explore the possible mechanism of hypoxia in infants. Methods: The ATPase activity and intracellular ion concentration of umbilical cord blood erythrocyte membrane were measured in ICP group and control group, and their relationship with hypoxia in perinatal children was analyzed. Results: The activities of Na + -K + -ATPase and Ca2 + -ATPase in umbilical cord erythrocyte membrane in ICP group were lower than those in control group (P <0.01), and the concentrations of Na + and Ca2 + were higher in ICP group than those in control group (P <0.01) Rate was higher than the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The decrease of ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane and the change of intracellular ion status in ICP are related to hypoxia in perinatal infant.
