国务院办公厅出台措施扶持家禽业发展前不久,受禽流感疫情影响,我国的家禽养殖、加工业遭受严重冲击,出现产品价格下跌、出口和国内销售锐减、库存积压严重、资金周转困难等问题。为促进家禽业持续稳定发展,将疫情造成的损失降到最低,日前,国务院办公厅出台措施,包括对疫区扑杀、受威胁区强制免疫给予财政补贴,加强流动资金贷款,妥善处理企业职工生活保障等,大力扶持家禽业发展。国务院规定:自2004年2月1日至2004年7月31日,对禽类加工企业(含冷库)应缴纳的增值税实行即征即退。对家禽养殖、加工企业(含
