少先队组织肩负着团结、教育、引导少年儿童的基本职能。为了履行好这些职能,辅导员老师们需要认真思考:少先队活动要采用什么载体,运用什么方式,坚持哪些好传统,探索哪些新手段才能受孩子们的欢迎和喜爱。党中央多次强调,党的各项工作都要体现时代性、把握规律性、富于创造性。以培养亿万少先队员为己任的少先队工作者,更要敢于突破传统的思想束缚,紧跟时代发展步伐,把思想性、知识性、娱乐性、时尚性结合好。
The Young Pioneers Organization has the basic functions of uniting, educating and guiding young children. In order to fulfill these functions, counselors and teachers need to think carefully: what kind of carrier should Young Pioneers adopt, what should be done, what good traditions should be adhered to, and what new measures should be explored to be welcomed and loved by children. The party Central Committee has repeatedly emphasized that the party’s work must reflect the times, grasp the laws and be creative. The Young Pioneers workers who nurture hundreds of millions of young pioneers must also dare to break the shackles of traditional thinking and closely follow the pace of development of the times so as to combine ideological knowledge with entertainment and fashion.
