采自野生蔗割手密杂交一代8个品系的花粉,在室温(22—25℃)下自然干燥1.5—4小时后置于普通冰箱(-15℃)内贮藏7—23天。花粉贮藏时以碎冰粒或干燥硅胶堆埋。甘蔗杂交季节到来时将贮藏花粉放在保温瓶内携往海南甘蔗育种场,选用花粉发育极差的赣蔗75/65作母本进行授粉,所得杂交花穗经培育均长出杂交实生苗。试验表明经过干燥处理的甘蔗花粉在普通冰箱中保存生命力的时间可长达23天,此外,用碎冰粒堆埋的贮藏效果看来比干燥硅胶堆埋的要好。
Pollen from 8 hybrids of hand-cut hybrid rice of wild cane was naturally dried at room temperature (22-25 ° C) for 1.5-4 hours and stored in a normal refrigerator (-15 ° C) for 7-23 days. Pollen grains are stored in pollen grains or dried silica gel. When the sugarcane hybridization season arrives, the stored pollen will be carried in the thermos flask to the Hainan sugarcane breeding farm. Pollen sugarcane 75/65 with poor pollen development will be selected as the female parent for pollination. All the hybrids will grow with hybrid seedlings. Experiments show that the dried sugarcane pollen can survive for up to 23 days in an ordinary refrigerator. In addition, the storage effect of crushed ice pellets appears to be better than that of dried silica gel.
