本文着重论述了钢筋混凝土杆系悬臂式井架在提升钢丝绳荷载的不平衡水平力作用下所产生的扭力计算问题.文中并对扭力计算公式作了推导.按桁架框架型井架在断绳荷载作用下,考虑扭力计算与不考虑扭力计算,其结果,平行于钢丝绳力方向的桁架内力可减少10~20%左右;垂直于钢丝绳力方向的框架内力则增加100%(即,若不考虑扭力计算框架时无内力).许多设计实例证明,框架方面增加的内力常为控制截面强度计算的主要数据之一.显然,这一问题是值得引起设计者重视的.
This paper focuses on the calculation of the torsional force generated by the unbalanced horizontal force of a steel wire rope in a reinforced concrete mast derrick. In this paper, the formula for the torsion is deduced. The truss frame derrick is under the action of the rope load. Considering the torsion calculation and disregarding the torsion calculation, the results show that the internal force of the truss parallel to the direction of the wire rope can be reduced by about 10 to 20%, and the internal force of the frame perpendicular to the force of the wire rope can be increased by 100% (ie, if the torsion calculation frame is not taken into account. There are no internal forces. Many design examples prove that the increased internal force in the frame is often one of the main data for controlling the strength of the cross-section. Obviously, this problem deserves attention of the designer.
