高职高专院校新校区的扩建,为外籍教师的聘请增加了难度,也带来了很多的问题。解决这些问题需要依靠外专管理相关部门的法规政策,更需要各高职院校结合自身的具体情况具体分析,找出适合自己解决之道。
The expansion of the new campus in higher vocational colleges has added difficulty to the hiring of foreign teachers and brought a lot of problems. To solve these problems, we need to rely on the laws and regulations of the relevant departments of the foreign specialists to manage the departments concerned. We also need to analyze the specific situations of higher vocational colleges in light of their own specific situations and identify the proper solutions for them.
