目的了解和掌握灵宝市金矿作业者的健康状况和动态发展情况,有利于早发现目标性疾病,并提出相应的预防保健治疗措施。方法收集灵宝市2011-2013年金矿作业工人在岗期间职业健康检查资料,对体检结果进行整理、统计与分析。结果在检查的4 480名金矿作业者中,查出各类疾病和单项指标异常2 075人,检出率为46.32%。其中高血压788人,检查率17.59%;肺功能异常94人,检出率2.10%;血常规异常89人,检出率1.99%;尿常规异常242人,检出5.40%;心电图异常371人,检出率8.28%;疑似尘肺121,检出率2.70%;职业禁忌27人(活动性肺结核18人,慢性阻塞性肺病9人),检出率0.60%;其他疾患343人,检出率7.66%。结论灵宝市金矿作业者的健康状况形势严峻,应该加大对作业者健康教育和职业健康监护,更好地保护作业者的身体健康。
Objective To understand and master the health status and dynamic development of Lingbao Gold miners, to find out the target diseases early and to put forward the corresponding preventive and therapeutic measures. Methods The data of occupational health examination during the period from 2011 to 2013 in Lingbao City were collected and the physical examination results were collected, analyzed and statistically analyzed. Results Among the 4,480 gold miners surveyed, 2 075 were found to be abnormal in all kinds of diseases and single items, with a detection rate of 46.32%. Among them, 788 were high blood pressure, the examination rate was 17.59%; 94 patients were lung dysfunction with a detection rate of 2.10%; 89 were abnormal blood tests and the detection rate was 1.99%; 242 were abnormal urine tests and 5.40% were detected; 371 were abnormal ECGs , Detection rate of 8.28%; suspected pneumoconiosis 121, detection rate of 2.70%; occupation taboo 27 (active tuberculosis 18, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 9), the detection rate was 0.60%; 343 other diseases, the detection rate 7.66%. Conclusion The health status of Lingbao Gold miners is in a severe situation. Health education and occupational health monitoring should be strengthened to better protect the health of workers.
