在取水泵房水泵选型设计中,常以各种最不利条件作为选泵的依据,如最大流量,最枯水位等,事实上,最大供水时期与河流最枯水位时期是不容易同时出现的,忽略了二者的四季变化,所选水泵在运行中,一年将有大部分时间处于低效率状态,造成能量浪费,本文针对这一状况,对供水量和水位的变化作了分析,提出了优化选泵方法,使取水泵以较小的能耗完成供水。
In the pump selection design of the pump house, the most unfavorable conditions are often used as the basis for the pump selection, such as the maximum flow, the lowest dry level, etc. In fact, the period of the maximum water supply period and the period of the lowest dry water level are not likely to occur simultaneously. Ignoring the seasonal changes between the two, the selected pump will be in low efficiency for most of the year during operation, resulting in energy waste. This article analyzes the changes in water supply and water level in response to this situation. The optimization of the pump selection method enables the water pump to complete the water supply with less energy consumption.
