目的分析脑性瘫痪婴幼儿智力水平与康复治疗效果的关系。方法选择2012年9月-2015年2月南京儿童医院收治的脑性瘫痪婴幼儿120例作为研究对象,采用《智力发育量表》评定其智力,并分为低下,正常(优秀、中上、中等、中下、边缘)及非常优秀3个等级。针对所有脑性瘫痪婴幼儿实施康复治疗,并观察比较不同等级智力婴幼儿的康复效果。结果中等智力水平的患儿治疗总有效率为100.00%,优于中下、边缘、低下智力水平的患儿(P均<0.05)。中下智力水平的患儿治疗总有效率为80.77%,与边缘、低下智力水平的患儿比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。边缘智力水平的患儿治疗总有效率为57.14%,与低下智力水平的患儿(32.26%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑性瘫痪婴幼儿的智力水平与其康复治疗效果关系密切,智力水平越高,其康复治疗效果越好。
Objective To analyze the relationship between mental status of infants and young children with cerebral palsy and the effect of rehabilitation. Methods A total of 120 children with cerebral palsy admitted from September 2012 to February 2015 in Nanjing Children’s Hospital were enrolled in this study. The intelligence scale was used to assess their intelligence and were divided into low, normal (excellent, Middle, bottom, edge) and very good 3 levels. All children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation treatment, and observe the different levels of intelligence of infant and child rehabilitative effect. Results The total effective rate of children with middle intelligence level was 100.00%, which was better than those with lower intelligence level (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 80.77% in children with middle and lower intelligence level, which was significantly different from those in children with marginal or mental retardation (all P <0.05). The total effective rate of children with marginal intelligence was 57.14%, which was significantly different from that of children with mental retardation (32.26%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The intelligence level of infants and young children with cerebral palsy is closely related to the effect of rehabilitation therapy. The higher their intelligence level, the better their rehabilitation treatment.
