目的通过建立辖区助产机构母婴保健技术人员信息数据库以及信息数据库的应用分析,为优化产科医疗服务机构设置等决策提供依据。方法对2013-2016年间参加母婴保健技术考核培训的2 729名人员信息进行调查,将调查信息录入数据库并进行分析。结果 2 729名母婴保健技术人员来自247个医疗保健机构,平均年龄为(37.95±9.99)岁,学历以大专和本科为主,分别占38.18%和36.13%,初级职称1 634名,占59.88%;中级职称802名,占29.39%;副高及以上职称者293名,占10.74%。结论昆明市母婴保健技术人员在年龄、学历、职称构成以及机构分布等方面还存在较大差异,队伍素质和服务能力亟待提高;信息数据库的应用,可以对全市母婴保健技术服务人员的分布情况和服务能力等进行动态分析和管理。
Objective To establish the basis for the decision-making of optimizing the establishment of obstetric medical service institutions through the establishment of information database of maternal and infant health care technicians in the area midwifery and the application analysis of information database. Methods A total of 2 729 staff members who participated in technical training for maternal and child health care during 2013-2016 were investigated. The survey information was entered into the database and analyzed. Results 2 729 maternal and infant health care technicians came from 247 health care institutions with an average age of (37.95 ± 9.99) years. Academic background mainly consisted of college and undergraduate students, accounting for 38.18% and 36.13% respectively. Among them, there were 1 634 junior titles, accounting for 59.88 %; Intermediate grade 802, accounting for 29.39%; secondary and above titles were 293, accounting for 10.74%. Conclusion The maternal and child health technicians in Kunming still have great differences in terms of age, education background, composition of titles, and institutional distribution, and the quality and service capability of the team need to be improved urgently. The application of information database can help to distribute the distribution of maternal and child health service technicians Conditions and service capabilities for dynamic analysis and management.
