1982年5月至1983年5月,在山西能源重化工基地综合经济规划期间,我组织13位同志,成立了综合开发经济模型组,编制了包括351个方程的经济计量模型(又叫作综合经济模型),对该省1981——2000年的经济发展提出了5个预测方案,低方案是中央投资480亿元,高效益;中方案是中央投资580亿元,其中又按经济效益分为高、中、低三个方案,这次用于检验的是高效益的中方案;高方案是中央投资680亿
From May 1982 to May 1983, during the comprehensive economic planning of Shanxi Energy Heavy Chemical Industry Base, I organized 13 comrades to set up the comprehensive development economic model group and compiled the econometric model including 351 equations (also known as comprehensive Economic model), put forward five forecasting plans for the economic development of the province from 1981 to 2000. The low plan is a 48 billion yuan investment by the central government with high efficiency.
