Since Daimler invented in 1885 the world’s first gasoline engine-powered motorcycle, the development of motorcycle has experienced 100 years of vicissitudes. The original scooter, currently in the true form of the Munich Museum of Science and Technology in Germany, was the first motorcycle in the world to have been given the priority of patented invention by the German Daimler on August 29, 1885. Limited to 100 years ago, when the petrol engine was still in a low-level naive condition, the vehicle manufacturing was still in the stage of carriage technology. The original motorcycle and the modern motorcycle had great differences in shape, structure and performance. The frame of the original motorcycle is woody.
