由于长碳链季胺盐的加入,在一定酸度条件下(pH~5.8),Al~(3+)与铬天青S生成一种高配位的稳定的蓝色络合物,用日立220(A)双光束分光光度计比色,0~60μg三氧化二铝符合比尔定律。该法具有操作简便、准确及重现性好等优点,适用于大理石,石灰石、重晶石、萤石、灰岩、泥灰岩、锰矿等。已应用于岩矿分析,测定试料中0.02~30%范围内的三氧化二铝,能获得满意的结果。一仪器工作条件仪器:日立220(A)双光束分光光度计波长:619mm 响应时间:1 Sec 狭缝宽:2.0nm;ABS(吸收) 扫描速度:60nm/min 记录器走纸速度:20mm/cm W灯,1cm比色皿
Due to the addition of long-chain quaternary ammonium salts, Al 3+ and chrome azurol S form a highly coordinated and stable blue complex under a certain acidity condition (pH ~ 5.8) (A) Two-beam spectrophotometer colorimetric, 0 ~ 60μg aluminum oxide complies with Beer’s law.
