十八大代表、中央人民政府驻港联络办公室副主任李刚:无论十八大以后管理香港的人事是否有变动,中央对香港的方针政策肯定是不会改变的,就是坚持一国两制、港人治港的方针。近5年来,香港发生了很多变化,多方面工作都取得了一定成绩。回归15年,特别是十七大以来,特区政府依法执政,带领香港市民集中精力发展经济,确实是有效的。
Li Gang, Deputy Director of the 18th CPC National Committee Liaison Office in Hong Kong: No matter whether there is any change in the personnel governing Hong Kong after the 18th CPC National Congress, the guidelines and policies of the Central Government will certainly not change. That is, they will adhere to the principle of “one country, two systems” policy. In the past five years, many changes have taken place in Hong Kong and certain achievements have been made in various fields of work. Since the return of 15 years, especially the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the SAR government has been in power by law and has led the people of Hong Kong to concentrate on economic development and is indeed effective.
