长期以来,对临床医护人员的工作评价缺乏有效的量化考核.该文作者经过探索和实践获得了临床医疗量化考核的第一手资料和经验.他们在临床科室的配合下,经过广泛征求意见和调查研究,制定出符合临床实际工作的医疗量化考核体系.在大量的实践过程中,不断修改、完善,使量化考核体系更具科学性、合理性.临床科室把考核结果与奖惩挂钩,真正体现了“奖勤罚懒”的分配制度.通过实施医疗量化考核,临床工作质量得到提高,医务人员工作积极性得到增强,进一步完善了科室管理,为医院建立各级人员竞争上岗的激励机制和科学合理的分配制度探索了新路.“,”There has not been effective evaluation on clinical work.
