目的探讨无创正压通气在重症哮喘中应用。方法对43例危重哮喘患者应用NIPPV辅助治疗进行临床统计分析。结果43例患者中平均上机4h后呼吸困难症状均不同程度以及观察指标明显改善。结论无创正压通气良好的气道管理,同步性能好,副作用少而轻,是一种安全有效的治疗措施。
Objective To investigate the application of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in severe asthma. Methods 43 cases of critically ill asthma patients with NIPPV adjuvant therapy for clinical statistical analysis. Results The mean symptom of dyspnea in 43 patients was significantly different after 4 hours on average and the observation index was significantly improved. Conclusions Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation is a safe and effective treatment for airway management with good synchrony performance and few side effects.
