目的:了解近4 a铜绿假单胞菌在我院的分布,动态观察其耐药性发展情况。方法:采用回顾性方法统计分析近4 a广西医科大学第七附属医院铜绿假单胞菌的标本来源及耐药状况。结果:共收集铜绿假单胞菌408株,其中呼吸道标本检出率最高67.89%。铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗生素具有明显的耐药性。结论:加强对铜绿假单胞菌进行规范的连续的耐药监测,及时发现耐药菌株,对临床调整治疗方案、预防医院感染的发生十分重要。
Objective: To understand the distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital in recent 4 years and observe its development of drug resistance dynamically. Methods: The retrospective methods were used to statistically analyze the origin and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the 7th Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in recent 4 years. Results: A total of 408 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were collected, of which the highest detection rate of respiratory specimens was 67.89%. Pseudomonas aeruginosa has obvious resistance to commonly used antibiotics. Conclusion: To strengthen the continuous monitoring of drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and detect the resistant strains in time, it is very important to adjust the treatment plan and prevent the hospital infection.
