本文报告用吡磺环己脲(glipizide)治疗41例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDD)的结果。材料与方法:41例NIDD分两组,Ⅰ组为新发病的NIDD,共32例,男18,女14,年龄37～63岁;Ⅱ组为对其他磺脲类降糖药(优降糖或氯磺丙脲)。无效的NIDD,共9例,男3女6,年龄43～63岁,病程3～15年。两组患者均无严重肝肾疾病。吡磺环己脲剂量为2.5～40mg/天,从小量开始,根据血糖情况每周增加5～10mg,全疗程6个月。在治疗前,治疗2,4,6月末时测空腹,餐后1和2
