集团企业资金管理的目标是,资金利用效率最大而成本最低且风险可控,最终实现整个集团利益的最大化。如何加大对资金的集中管理力度,同时又要避免“挫伤”下属企业的积极性,似乎是个两难选择。
The goal of group enterprise fund management is to maximize the capital utilization efficiency, minimize the costs and control the risks, and ultimately maximize the interests of the entire group. How to increase the centralized management of funds while avoiding the enthusiasm of subordinate enterprises seems to be a dilemma.
