本工作表明,6201担体与非极性固定液阿匹松-L配合的固定相,对三个C_5叔醇[即2-甲基-2-丁醇(MBA)、2-甲基-3-丁烯-2-醇(MBE)和2-甲基-3-丁炔-2-醇(MBI)]有强吸附作用和催化脱水作用或分解作用,对2-甲基-1-丁烯有强的催化异构化作用、即使柱温低时也有这些作用。当与强极性固定液1,2,3-三(氰乙氧基)丙烷配合时,吸附和催化作用均消失。与弱极性固定液配合时,虽然催化异构化作用没有了,但是仍有少量的C_5叔醇脱水或分解。在6201和CeIite545两种担体上涂固定液,特别是强极性固定液,三个C_5叔醇的相对保留值不同,并提示出用此相对保留变化值作为担体吸附大小指标的可能性。
This work shows that 6201 carrier and non-polar fixative acanthrolimus-fixed phase, the three C_5 tertiary alcohol [ie 2-methyl-2-butanol (MBA), 2-methyl- Butene-2-ol (MBE) and 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol (MBI) have strong adsorption and catalytic dehydration or decomposition. Strong catalytic isomerization, even at low column temperatures, have these effects. The adsorption and catalysis disappeared when complexed with 1,2,3-tris (cyanoethoxy) propane, a strong polar liquid. With the weak polar fixed solution, although the catalytic isomerization disappeared, but still a small amount of C_5 tertiary alcohol dehydration or decomposition. In 6201 and CeIite545 two kinds of carrier coated with fixative, especially strong polar fixative, three C_5 tertiary alcohol relative retention values are different, and suggests that the relative retention of the change as a carrier size of the possibility of adsorption.
