目的:研究半乳糖化阿霉素白蛋白纳米粒在小鼠体内的组织分布。方法:小鼠分别尾静脉注射阿霉素白蛋白纳米粒混悬液和半乳糖化阿霉素白蛋白纳米粒混悬液后,采用放射示踪法测定纳米粒载体在小鼠体内的分布情况。结果:白蛋白纳米粒在0.083 h时肝脏摄取达到峰值,有55.31%的纳米粒聚集在肝脏;半乳糖化白蛋白纳米粒在0.25 h时肝脏摄取达到峰值,有89.35%的纳米粒聚集在肝脏。结论:与白蛋白纳米粒相比,半乳糖化阿霉素白蛋白纳米粒的肝脏靶向性进一步提高。
Objective: To study the tissue distribution of galactosylated doxorubicin nanoparticles in mice. Methods: After the mice were respectively injected intravenously with doxorubicin albumin nanoparticles suspension and galactosylated doxorubicin albumin nanoparticles suspension, the distribution of the nanoparticle carriers in mice was determined by radio-tracing method . Results: The hepatic uptake of albumin nanoparticles peaked at 0.083 h with 55.31% of the nanoparticles accumulating in the liver. The hepatic uptake of galactosylbumin nanoparticles peaked at 0.25 h with 89.35% of the nanoparticles aggregating in the liver . CONCLUSIONS: The hepatic targeting of galactosylated doxorubicin albumin nanoparticles is further enhanced compared to albumin nanoparticles.
