[目的]观察疏风止咳方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组45例硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化溶液剂吸入,4mg/次,3次/d。治疗组45例疏风止咳方(桂枝、百合、生地、茯苓各20g,白芍、麦冬、五味子各15g,蝉蜕、僵蚕、玄参、桔梗各10g,麻黄、干姜、炙甘草各6g)。风加重加荆芥、防风;自汗加黄芪、防风;痰多加陈皮、党参;乏力加枸杞、桑寄生、牛膝。1剂/d,温水煎服500mL,早晚口服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈37例,显效4例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率95.60%。对照组治愈26例,显效6例,有效3例,无效10例,总有效率77.80%.治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]疏风去咳方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,值得推广使用。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Shufeng Zhike Recipe on cough variant asthma. [Methods] Using randomized parallel method, 90 inpatients were divided into two groups according to random number table. Control group 45 patients salbutamol sulfate nebulized solution inhalation, 4mg / time, 3 times / d. Treatment group, 45 cases of Shufeng Zhike Fang (Guizhi, lily, Habitat, Poria 20g, white peony root, Radix, Schisandra each 15g, cicada slough, silkworm, Scrophulariaceae, Campanulaceae each 10g, ephedra, ginger, 6g). Wind plus heavy Nepeta, wind; sweating plus Astragalus, wind; sputum and dried tangerine peel, Codonopsis; fatigue plus wolfberry, Sang parasitic, Achyranthes. 1 dose / d, warm water Jianfu 500mL, sooner or later oral. Continuous treatment 14d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Result] In the treatment group, 37 cases were cured, 4 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.60%. The control group was cured in 26 cases, markedly effective in 6 cases, effective in 3 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 77.80%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Shufeng Decoction has a significant curative effect on cough variant asthma, which is worth popularizing.
