用溶胶–凝胶法制备了稀土Gd掺杂钛酸钡材料。用X射线衍射、Raman光谱及矢量网路分析仪对样品的结构、晶粒尺寸、晶格参数和电磁参数进行了测量和分析。结果表明:所有的粉末样品具有四方相结构,且具有良好的微波吸收性能。与纯钛酸钡相比,晶格常数a增加,晶格常数c减小,晶粒尺寸减小,反射率峰位发生蓝移,且反射率峰强明显降低,频带宽度拓宽了2倍。因此,稀土Gd掺杂有利于改善钛酸钡材料微波吸收性能。
The rare earth Gd doped barium titanate materials were prepared by sol-gel method. The structure, grain size, lattice parameters and electromagnetic parameters of the samples were measured and analyzed by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and vector network analyzer. The results show that all the powder samples have tetragonal phase structure and have good microwave absorption properties. Compared with pure barium titanate, the lattice constant a increases, the lattice constant c decreases, the grain size decreases, and the peak reflectance shifts blue, and the peak reflectance decreases obviously, broadening the bandwidth by two times. Therefore, the rare earth Gd doped conducive to improving the microwave absorption properties of barium titanate material.
