在合成以富勒烯为载体的抗肿瘤药物C60吡咯烷苯氮芥的基础上,采用先结合稳定碘再进行同位素交换的方法制备了125I-C60吡咯烷苯氮芥。研究了125I-C60吡咯烷苯氮芥的聚乙烯吡咯烷位酮(PVP)溶液通过爪垫皮下注射在大鼠体内的生物分布。实验结果表明,125I-C60吡咯烷苯氮芥具有较理想的淋巴摄取。
Based on the synthesis of fullerene-based anticancer drug C60 pyrrolidone nirenia, 125I-C60 pyrrolidinib nitrogen mustard was prepared by first combining stable iodine with isotope exchange. The biodistribution of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) solution of 125I-C60 pyrrolidinide in rats was investigated by subcutaneous injection of a claw pad in rats. The experimental results show that 125I-C60 pyrrolidine nitrogen mustard has a more ideal lymphatic uptake.
