米非司酮联合利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产80例分析

目的探讨米非司酮联合利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产,对比单用利凡诺终止中期妊娠的临床效果。方法将160例妊娠15~27周的健康妇女,随机分为观察组与对照组各80例,观察组用羊膜腔注射利凡诺100 mg,联合口服米非司酮75 mg,6 h1次,总量150 mg.对照组单用羊膜腔注射利凡诺100mg,观察两组从注药到宫缩发动时间,宫缩至胎儿胎盘排出时间,产后2 h出血量,胎盘胎膜残留及宫颈撕裂情况。结果米非司酮联合利凡诺引产组注药到宫缩发动时间、产程时间均短于对照组,胎盘胎膜残留,宫颈撕裂均少于对照组,产后2 h出血量两组差异无统计学意义。结论米非司酮联合利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产,效果明显,副作用少,优于单用利凡诺引产。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with rivanol in the induction of labor during the second trimester of pregnancy. Methods 160 healthy pregnant women of 15-27 weeks of gestation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases in each group. The observation group was given rivaroxan 100 mg intra-amniocentesis, combined with oral mifepristone 75 mg, The total amount of 150 mg. Results The mifepristone combined with rivanol induction group had shorter time to labor and shorter labor duration than those in the control group. The residual placental membranes and cervical tear were less than those in the control group. The difference in bleeding volume between the two groups at 2 h postpartum Statistical significance. Conclusions Mifepristone combined with rivanol for induction of labor in the second trimester of pregnancy, the effect is obvious, fewer side effects, superior to rivano alone induced labor.
