小学语文教育教学工作,就素质能力而言,不但要求学生打好扎实的语文功底,而且需要培养学生口语交际和文字表达能力。就情感态度而言,不仅要求培养学生的爱心、感恩之心,还要培养学生的成就感和幸福感。要想实现这一目标,我认为先决条件应该是在小学语文教育教学过程中对学生进行爱心教育。怎样对学生进行爱心教育呢?1一视同仁,给予全班学生公平的爱教师想要获得全班学生的敬佩,必须给予学生公平的爱。
Primary language education and teaching work, on the quality of ability, not only requires students to lay a solid foundation of language, but also need to develop students oral communication and writing skills.
