一、前言 以稠环芳烃为主要成分的石油沥青,我们称之为“芳基石油沥青”。近十余年来,这种沥青作为制取各种新型炭素材料的原料,在航空空间工程、冶金及化工等领域内,都得到了日趋广泛的应用。在国外,对这类沥青的生产工艺、理化性质、组成结构等方面,都进行了大量的科学研究;在国内,这方面的工作仅仅是开始。我们曾以乙烯焦油为原料,探索了试制劳基石油沥青的工艺条件,在主要性质的工业分析方面,达到或接近了国外同类产品的质量指标。为了进一步了解它的使用性能、指导生产工艺、改进产品质量,就有必要研究芳基石油沥青的化学结构。
First, the introduction of PAHs as the main component of petroleum bitumen, which we call “Aromatic Petroleum Pitch.” In recent ten years, as a kind of raw material for producing all kinds of new carbon materials, this kind of asphalt has been widely used in aerospace engineering, metallurgy and chemical industry. Abroad, a great deal of scientific research has been carried out on the production technology, physicochemical properties and compositional structure of such bitumen. At home, the work in this field is just the beginning. We used ethylene tar as raw material to explore the process conditions for trial production of Lao Ji petroleum asphalt and reach or approach the quality index of similar foreign products in the major industrial analysis. In order to further understand its performance, guide the production process, improve product quality, it is necessary to study the chemical structure of aryl petroleum bitumen.
