红外碳硫仪测定V2O3中的全碳及影响因素

经过大量的对照试验、工作曲线校正及标准加入法等建立了红外碳硫仪(CS-344)测定V2O3中碳的分析方法,并验证了该方法及碳分析数据是准确可靠的。经精密度检验,当V2O3中碳在002%~005%的范围内,其测定结果的相对标准偏差≤70%。通过大量实验确认了铵盐的存在及V2O3中碳含量随时间延长的逐渐降低是影响红外法准确定碳的主要因素。 After a large number of control experiments, calibration of working curve and standard addition method, an analytical method for the determination of carbon in V2O3 by infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer (CS-344) was established. The method and the carbon analysis data were verified to be accurate and reliable. After the precision test, when the V2O3 medium carbon in 002% ~ 005% of the range, the determination of the relative standard deviation ≤ 70%. A large number of experiments confirmed that the presence of ammonium salts and V2O3 in the carbon content with the gradual decline in the time is the impact of the infrared method accurately determine the carbon main factor.
