这次会议交流和总结了一年来“两刊一报”通讯发行工作的经验,表彰了先进,研究落实了明年的发行任务,同时进一步研究办好《内陆水产》的具体措施。有13个地市水产局(站)长到会,说明各地市对“两刊一报”的通讯发行工作很热情,很重视,有7个先进地县代表相继在会上发言。会议开得紧凑、热烈,取得了圆满成功。现在我就三个方面的问题谈点意见,供参考。一、努力完成1994年的发行任务 1994年“两刊一报”的发行任
