小麦起身和孕穗阶段为肥水管理的主要时期。当土壤水分胁迫时,可不同程度地影响到产量的形成。用~(15)N示踪剖析不同土壤水分含量状况下,小麦对肥料氮素的吸收、分配和运转特征,阐明土壤水分状况对氮素平衡的影响,为合理的肥水管理提供理论依据。材料和方法试验于1988~1990年在山东农业大学作物栽培网室进行。供试土壤取自实习农场小麦丰产田。中壤土,有机质1.37%;全氮0.1%;水解氮35ppm;速效磷52.6ppm;速效钾75ppm。
Wheat get up and booting stage for the main period of fertilizer and water management. When soil water stress, can affect the formation of yield to varying degrees. The effects of soil moisture status on nitrogen balance were clarified using ~ (15) N tracer to analyze the characteristics of nitrogen uptake and distribution and fertility in different soil moisture under different soil moisture content, which could provide a theoretical basis for rational fertilizer and water management. Materials and methods The experiment was carried out in the crop cultivation room of Shandong Agricultural University from 1988 to 1990. The soil for the experiment was taken from wheat field of internship farm. Medium loam, organic matter 1.37%; total nitrogen 0.1%; hydrolyzed nitrogen 35ppm; available phosphorus 52.6ppm; available potassium 75ppm.
