一、2009年经济工作简要回顾刚刚过去的一年,是大祥科学发展中非同寻常的一年,是大祥后发赶超中攻坚克难的一年。面对复杂多变的经济形势和诸多不利的客观因素,我们在市委、市政府和区委的正确领导下,立足于保增长、抓项目、调结构、促和谐、强基础,科学谋划推动加快发展,破解难题凝聚人心力量,关注民生促进社会和谐,改革创新狠抓工作落实,全区经济呈现出了加快发展、后发赶超的良好态势。具体来说,我们着重抓了以下几个方面的工作:
